It hurts and it's embarrassing, but you need to dig deep inside your soul and build up the courage to admit you were wrong. 

Dig deep inside your soul to admit you put yourself in that situation.

Dig deep inside your soul to admit you allowed someone else to hurt you.

Dig deeper inside your soul to admit you are responsible for much of what you suffered.

Dig even deeper inside your soul to admit you put other people, other things before God, you even tried to negotiate with the Almighty.

Dig so deep in the hidden places of your heart and soul and admit, even if others inflicted pain on you they bare responsibility for, you need to positively and unequivocally admit to yourself, you have blamed them for way too long.

Dig deep, admit and release. Yes, you can breathe. Yes, you can be right, and wrong, yes you can be all that grey in between.

Dig deep, God already knows. He is simply waiting on you, to walk in truth.

Dig deep because God sees it all. His justice will come upon you, inasmuch as your enemies. 

Dig deep, your enemies are your insecurities, your hurt, your anger, your unforgiving heart, you lack of gratitude, your complaining, your disappointment, your grieving soul admitting you need to let it go.

Dig deep, your enemies are not your foes, your foes are your brothers and sisters in Christ, dig deep, they help you grow.

Dig deep, they are in the same process as you.

Dig deep, see yourself, be yourself, show yourself.

This won't take away from other parts of your truth, this won't block God's Truth and Promises from coming true, He will come through.

Dig deep, child, humble yourself. Don't worry about what is being said, after all, the truth is, most of that, is in your head.

Your Father has your back, for when you dig deep, and even deeper, He's releasing your blessings and stops all self inflicting attacks.

Dig deep, you are becoming a reflection of Christ, your flesh must submit, your soul is being put to life.

Dig deep, into your darkest obscurity. 

Dig deep, deeper than you've ever known.

You are made from Him and back to God Almighty, you will return.

Dig deep and cleanse your soul. 

Get ready for His Glory, dig deep and shine on.
